The teen mediation program is designed to equip teenagers with practical tools and skills to resolve conflicts constructively and peacefully. Through this program, teens learn to be curious with compassion and joint problem-solving. Leading to greater understanding and harmony among youth through effective and nonviolent communication.

Through this program, we intend to create a culture where all voices are heard without judgment, emotions are acknowledged and validated, and resolutions are reached collaboratively and creatively.

The program equips teenager with strategic and practical skills to help them navigate the challenges of their teenage years with confidence and respect.

    Empower teenagers with practical skills and confidence to resolve conflicts through constructive dialogue and mutual understanding. By training and mentoring, we help teens build healthier relationships and create more harmonious communities.

What the Program Offers

Teen Mediation Training:

  • Forty hours of interactive sessions. Covering fundamental knowledge and skills of mediation.

  • Role-playing and real-life scenarios enable participants to gain confidence in conflict and practice and master their mediation skills.

  • Upon completion, participants are certified to become peer mediators in their schools and communities.

One-on-One Mediation/Family mediation:

  • Since conflict results from basic emotions before the frontal lobes are activated, trying to resolve it yourself might only worsen the situation. As such, you need a neutral third party to facilitate the dialogue.

Workshops & continuous learning & practice

  • Upon successful completion of teen mediation training, you will join the alumni network, where you will receive mentorship, support, and supervision from experienced mediators.

  • We also provide tailored and interactive sessions for adults and school administration to enhance all other stakeholders with effective conflict resolution skills (ON REQUEST). 

Online Resources:

  • We provide access to articles, videos, and guides on mediation and conflict resolution.

  • We also provide online forums for peer support and discussion.

Step-by-Step Process: How the Teen Mediation Program Works

1. Registration:

  • Sign up for our program through our online registration form.

  • Choose the type of mediation service you need (workshop, peer mediation, one-on-one).

2. Initial Consultation:

  • Meet to discuss your specific needs and goals.

  • Create a customized training/workshop plan.

4. Follow-Up:

  • During and after training, receive ongoing support and follow-up sessions as needed.

  • Access additional resources and an online community for continuous learning (after completion of the training).

3. Training/Session:

  • Attend workshops, training, or mediation sessions as scheduled.

  • Engage in all activities and discussions to develop your skills and confidence to handle conflict.
