MEDIATE NOW

What is Mediation?

It’s a structured, confidential, and voluntary process whereby disputing parties attempt to reach an amicable settlement to their dispute with the assistance of a neutral/impartial third party (“the mediator”), lacking the authority to make or impose solutions upon the parties to the dispute.

It’s faster and more cost-effective. Resolution may be reached in the first session- 2 hours.

Parties have control over the outcome of the mediation. The power to make decisions lies in their hands

Why Mediate?

It fosters a more cooperative atmosphere for parties to address their underlying interests. Thus preserving relationships.

High rate of satisfaction and compliance with the resolution of the Dispute

It’s voluntary. Parties and mediators can end mediation anytime before agreement is reached.

Courts support it, and a mediated agreement can be enforced like a court order.

It’s confidential. All your secrets/information shared during mediation is kept from being leaked to the public and used against you as evidence in court.
