Policy Overview
Non-Refundable Fees: All payments for registration, training, certification, and related materials are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
Course Enrollment: Once a participant enrolls in a course and makes a payment, they are fully committed to completing it. Any cancellation or failure to complete the course will not entitle the participant to a refund.
Transfer of Enrollment: Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date. Such requests will be considered case-by-case and may be subject to additional fees.
Exceptions
Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, participants may request a deferment to a future course. This request must be supported by appropriate medical documentation and will be reviewed at our discretion.
Program Cancellation: If we cancel a course, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date.
Procedure for Requesting Exceptions
Participants must submit a written request for any exceptions to the non-refundable policy. This request should include relevant documentation and be sent to our administrative office within ten business days of the event causing the request.
Our administrative team will review all requests. Decisions will be communicated to the participant within 15 business days of receiving the request.
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in our mediation skill training and certification program, participants acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy. Each participant is responsible for fully understanding and accepting these terms before making a payment.
